About
The Full Story
I have been around horses from 18 months old and was fortunate enough to get my first pony at the age of 4 where I was a part of OBH Hughenden pony club, and took part in fun rides, local shows, High Wycombe riding club and low level eventing until the age of 16.
My time in pony club gave me a well rounded knowledge of horse behaviour and care, I took a keen interest in Natural Horsemanship during my teen years which helped me connect with my horses in turn helping us out on the cross country course.
I worked for a a 1* Event Rider and Dressage yard on the weekends from the age of 14-16 where I then went to The British Racing School before going to work in Horse Racing for 6 years before having my daughter.
I worked for many wonderful racehorse trainers up and down the country as well as over in Dubai. It gave me a good understanding of feeding the correct feed, breaking in young horses as well as furthering my eye for noticing injury and illnesses. I had the pleasure of looking after and riding HM The Queens horses during my time in racing as well as working for Sheikh Hamdam Al Maktoom both which have now given me an insight into the breeding proccess and looking after young racehorses.

Since having my daughter in 2018 I went back into racing before becoming injured and taking time away from horses and creating a stable future for my daughter.
We have now built a mini herd of our own including my daughters 6 year old, 11h pony, a 17 year old 13.1hh mare and 16.3h ex racehorse gelding which has relit my passion for horses and made me want to continue working with them.
